Browsing through this site will introduce you to my background, education, experience, and interests.  I am Professor Emeritus at MidAmerica Nazarene University where I taught music from 1982 to 2016.  I enjoy learning, and I find studying the music of other cultures to be fascinating.  With the ever-expanding globalization of the world, I feel the more we know and understand about each other the more positive our interactions will be.  I hope that perhaps some of my interests may encourage you to learn more about the world in which you live.  Your questions and comments are important to me.  Please feel free to contact me via tbaldridge@mnu.edu.

Welcome to my personal web site.

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace.  And be thankful.  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.  And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Colossians 3:15-17 NIV
